Breakfast TV - Spring Flowers

tWatch Breakfast Television Monday, March 28 at 8:40am to see my daughter and I show a ton of fun ideas for creating some "Spring Flowers" (in hopes that this snow will finally go away!!!).

Update: Click HERE to watch!!!!

Here are some stunning cards designed and created by the ever so talented Christy Riopel!

The glittery flowers were made with hockey tape and micro-fine Glamour Glitter by Craft & Glitz!!

Green flower on this one is simply fabric torn and wrapped (adhesive was Sookwang Tape).

This one is a classic technique using coffee filters formed into flowers then sprayed with Glimmer Mist.

These two were made with coffee filters and tissue paper and a new toy I got to play with....
the Grand Calibur!!!!

You can die-cut and emboss up to 8.5 x 11 papers with this baby!!!

And this little cutie patootie was done with gauze from my first aid kit and embellished with the ever so fun canvas buttons from Nikki Sivils!!!

Check out this Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine webisode to see how easy these are to make!! (NOTE:  I sprayed mine with Glimmer Mist AFTER I made it to add the colour).

And we still have 5 spots left for the Crop For Mexico event happening this Saturday, AND please come shop at our on-site Garage Sale of Scrapbooking and Crafting goodies!!!!

You do NOT need to be registered for the event to come shop at the
GARAGE SALE between 1-4pm!!!!

We have had a ton of donations and now we need shoppers and 100% of your money spent shopping goes towards building homes in Mexico for needy families!!!  What could be more fun????!!!!!!!!

Click HERE if you'd like one of the last 5 spots at the all-day event!!

What a great show this morning!!!! I told all my girlfriends (who scrapbook) about it, and we totally all watched it at the same time!!! I believe that coffee filter flower may make it into some of our workshops really soon!!! That Hockey tape flower was really unique too!!! I love 'building' accessories, thanks for the great ideas!!!
