Just a short CHA...

It's 2:30am and we are so wasted tired... the kind of tired where EVERYTHING is funny... where you're laughing so hard you need to go pee even though you just went?

After a FULL and FINAL day at CHA, we went out for our traditional "Crazy Canucks" dinner coordinated by the lovely Trisha Ladouceur!!  Think there were probably about 30 of us!!  (See Christy's blog for photos).  We then did a quick shop at Target and headed back to the hotel.

It has been a challenge (again) to pack all our "swag" and goodies from CHA and not incur any extra baggage fees... here's hoping!!!

And although I took a schwack of wonderful photos today during our last day at CHA, I am simply too exhausted to post very many so here's just a few to tide you over!!!

One of the "big" reveals came from Cricut... a new machine called the Cake Cricut and it die-cuts fondant for cake decorating, etc. just like the Cricut does for paper!!!  It uses all the same cartridges too!

One of the HOT trends we saw throughout the show is the JEWELRY!!!  This one in particular was from Margie's booth...

And for fun, Christy posed for a portrait...

And last, but not least, my question of the day...

What is the average amount you spend on a typical trip to your local scrapbook store?

And bonus question:  What do you get when you google "Tim Holtz dies"?

Remember... you can enter up to three times per day to win a $100+ CHA prize bundle from the Scrapbook Pantry!!  Answer the questions of my blog, Christy's blog and send comments to Scrapbook Pantry!!  Winner will be selected Feb. 1!!

hmmm cricut cake.... did you know that TODAY is National Chocolate Cake Day here in Canada. And I know that I, for one, am going to be ready to celebrate. I think that it was a genius idea – picking a non-descript, cold winter’s day in late January to celebrate something as enjoyable and smile-making as chocolate cake. Who is making me a cake?? really, i will be grateful for whatever comes my way.. giveway winner here!!

anyway, sorry avg. trips - i don't have a store close, so when i finally order - i go big - especially after CHA

What do i get on google.. this http://www.google.ca/search?q=tim+holz+dies&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a

glad your having fun - night...

I spend at least $20--I go a couple of times a week usually. But I'll spend more if my 'special' items have arrived--ones I've ordered, or covetted til they arrive.

As for Tim Holtz--I get his blog--while google is correcting me and saying I must mean "Tim Holtz died"

The average amount I spend on a trip to the scrapbook store is about $40 and I try to limit my trips! Also, when I googled Tim Holtz dies I got "Did you mean Tim Holtz DIED?" but the next link down was to his blog. Have a safe trip home!

If I answered this question my husband would confiscate my debit card and probably never talk to me again! Uh oh!

Have a safe trip home, hopefully they don't charge you for your "extra baggage"!!!

It all depends sometimes I spend only $10, sometimes $50 but, I don't go shopping to much!!

I spend on average $60 when I go to a scrapbook store and when I google Tim Holtz dies I get "Did you mean Tim Holtz died?" and then his blog directly underneath that.

I'm crossing my fingers for you that you get your swag home without paying excess baggage fees :)
